Formstack Administration
As Formstack started expanding their product offering to include multiple apps, there became a need for a unified login system and administrative site for universal tasks like user management and billing.
Over my 7 years at Formstack, our design system has matured through several major iterations from a disconnected set of Photoshop files to a complex Figma component library and front end code Storybook.
When Formstack acquired Webmerge (later renamed Formstack Documents), a document automation tool, I started the process of evaluating the user experience by performing a heuristic evaluation, creating a site map and UI inventory, carrying out a customer survey, and designing for improving the onboarding experience.
